“We stayed at this property for about a week and really enjoyed our stay. The manager was very kind, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and great quality—definitely much better than a typical continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We also really appreciated having tea and coffee available in the lobby throughout the day. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay!”

“Very clean rooms but in need of updating. The bathroom has a drain in the floor which may be the cause of the constant unfriendly fragrance in that room. Carpet in the bedroom is old. The bed was comfortable enough. The breakfast offerings would be improved by offering yogurt and fresh fruit. Good location, central and close to restaurants.”

“Cape Cod 지역은 성수기때는 워낙 호텔 사정이 좋지 않습니다. Four Points 는 그 중 그래도 괜찮은 호텔로, 위치가 특히 좋습니다. 특별한 정취가 있는 지역에 있는 것은 아니지만, 도로 가운데 있어서 주변으로 놀러가기 편하고, 특히 해변으로 놀러가기 아주 편합니다. 저희는 p-town에서 놀다가 저녁에 이 쪽으로 와서 자고 다음 날 주변 해변으로 놀러다녔는데 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 호텔도 나쁘지 않고, 특히 in door pool이 괜찮습니다. 하지만! 가격에 비해서는 아주 별로 입니다. 많이 지저분한 편이고 아침 식사 레스토랑도 별로 입니다. 그냥 해변에 놀러다닐 생각이시라면, 그리고 좋은 Inn을 잡지 못했다면 괜찮은 선택이라 생각합니다.”

“We stayed in Arbor 15C and all was great except a few things. The stink in our lobby was disgusting. I never would have thought that a 1st class resort could allow this, We asked for an early check in and didn't get it. While there, we saw the flurry of activity in the AM with the cleaners and didn't see any cleaning going on after 2pm. Was the room really not ready until 4pm? thanks Paul”

“Very cute place with beautiful mature Japanese style landscape. Sparkling clean and new interior. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plain but plentiful. Conveniently located with only a few minutes drive away from all the major places of interest. Will recommend.”

“The hotel was ok, very confusing layout and long hallways that all look the sameWe stayed 3 nights. Our TV did not work, it kept freezing up in the middle of the shows and we just gave up fiddling with it. At breakfast they put out either sausage or egg but not both and we don’t eat pork so for 2 out of 3 days we didn’t know what to eat other than toast and yogurt. There is a nice jacuzzi and a sauna and they have 2 pools- one inside and one inside. The location is good, centrally located.”

“Expect irregularities on the rooms. Know what to ask and don't take anything for granted. Don't even assume you have a bathroom in your room... And don't assume the room is not tiny . Or that the AC is not located near your head, humming and blowing wind straight on your face when you go to sleep (see picture). The building was not built to be hotel and was renovated. “First off the Staff were some of the most friendly and helpful I have ever encountered in a hotel/motel. They actually could not have been more friendly and helpful.
