The staff were very helpful. Gael the receptionist was brilliant. We asked for a slightly bigger room and the hotel accommodated us immediately. The breakfast was lovely. The area was nice and quiet and very central. I would stay there again.

Brilliant property in the heart of Nantes, just located off the main square, hosting the opera house. The staff were welcoming, the hotel felt modern & clean. The room didn't have AC, but did have a fan.

Well decorated rooms, but rather small. Great sized bathroom though! Although we were on the third floor, the noise from a nearby bar went on until about 5am…it wasn’t a weekend either! Staff were pleasant but didn’t go above and beyond. If you needed advice about the area, breakfast, transport etc you needed to find someone to give advice. Good location though.

A superb and brilliantly designed hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay. Everything was excellent...the check-in process, great room, cleanliness - the decor is 100% glorious and fun, the staff are great, walk everywhere. 10/10 for sure.

We loved the Hotel Billie! The location was great, the room size was bigger than most we experienced on our trip to Europe. The staff was so helpful and easy to work with. The decor of the hotel was fun. If we are ever back in Nantes we will be staying at Hotel Billie for sure.
