Modern hotel with all amenities. Garden and swimming pool is a bonus. It needs new sunbeds. Staff helpfull and friendly. Location was a bit further from the city of Nantes then I hoped.

We had a car. Not sure how convenient would be if only public transport to get into Nantes which is 9.2 k away. Lovely conference hotel. Staff fab and room lovely. Only niggle would be only access room from 4.00 pm but you can use the pool so only little niggle. Breakfast would be nice if set up rather than large round table where you have to get your own cutlery and food on a tray but again just a small niggle

Hotel was empty when we arrived but had to wait 2 hours to check in as they have a strict check in policy. Pool was freezing and far too deep for me as I can’t swim no shallow end. No light on patio only difference between balcony room and junior suite is fridge. No zero beer for non drinkers. Food was awful and in the room you only have paper cups. Bar closes at 10 with no entertainment and no residence bar. There’s places 10 minutes walk away with much better service and food as the staff here are very rude and can’t even crack a smile.

Check in experience was terrible as the reception staff made us feel unwelcome, as per policy they have to take deposit but online it does NOT mention credit card! We have a normal bank card, But staff assumed that we don’t want to pay the deposit and in front other guest they asked us to leave the hotel. It is very embarrassing. Finally they accepted our bank card but the receptionist was so confused who check-in us in and told us the card is not working, he didn’t even inserted the card in the correct machine! I am a hotel reception manager I understand the hotel policy but here at Westotel Staff need some serious customer service training. Over all the hotel is great, room was newly refurbished, free car park. Restaurant & Bar super expensive!

Je viens souvent au Westotel Atlantique dans le cadre de mes déplacements professionnels, et c’est toujours un plaisir d’y séjourner. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables, l’accueil est irréprochable et le personnel toujours attentionné. Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents, variés et de grande qualité. Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation à La Chapelle-sur-Erdre.

La chambre était grande et impeccable. Le personnel était efficace. Par contre, un homme d'origine étrangère (anglophone) est rentré nu dans le sauna pendant que j'y étais. Mais, vous n'en êtes point responsable. Les règles sont bien indiquées devant le sauna en anglais.
