"Convenient location. OK 3-Star hotel. Not much in the way of amenities. Biggest drawback is there are no desks in the room (or even tables in the common area).If you want to use your computer for business, you'll have to be creative."

"The pool was awesome and heated! Front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating. The location is very good for downtown Naples. We will stay there again."

"Staff was great, as was their flexibility. We loved the breakfast by the pool, however the pool was cold ( listed as heated pool). I still went in and enjoyed floating alone in the sun Our room was clean and attended to daily, unfortunately towels are highly rationed. Over all the accommodations are SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER than the office would suggest. I would definitely return "

"The Hyatt House is always our go to!! Great location and facility! One suggestion - put a mirror over vanity table and chair in bathroom so more than one person can get ready at a time!"

"Expedia put me and my wife in a wheelchair room, something that would not have happened if I went directly through the hotel. Unfortunately, having no counter space and a sink next to the bed, and our wake up times 2 hours apart, it made for a miserable experience trying to shave and brush teeth in the dark, my wife was not happy and neither was I, I called expedia and they basically said it is what it is, otherwise the manager at the hotel was great and apologetic, we cut our trip short as it was not livable"
