โGreat property, great location next to 5th avenue. Would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay close to the bars, restaurants and shops.

โHotel was fabulous. Modern look, clean a beautiful room. Staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Pool was great. The hotel is located right in the middle of things on 5th Avenue @Naples. โ
โHyatt House never disappoints, this is the 5th time we stay there, we go every summer, service top notch, everyone is super friendly, great food, pool excellent, great views, we will definitely be back next year.โ
โWe had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Hotel has ultimate convenience - a couple of blocks from the beach and a block from 5th Ave. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly one โdo-it-allโ staff member, Marco. Room was nicely updated and clean. Restaurant experience was also excellent.โ

โoverall the hotel is very well equipped and comfortable, the only inconvenience is the pool is not located at the hotel property, but staff will take you in their cart. is only a 3 min drive. the beach is close by around 14 min drive, but the hotel provides you with transportation every hour, must register on their list. is good since you don't have to worry about parking. overall is a great hotel.great rooms, I had a suite and it was excellent. great marina view.โ
