"It was a perfectly nice property, and was in a really good location. However, communications with the host were really poor, and check-in was a huge fiasco. I think they tried to provide check-in information to my home phone number, but obviously, as a traveller, I had no access to my home phone number. The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example.
