“A great place and a very good location. The only small thing was and maybe it was in the small print and i did not read it but there was no bath towels or hand towels.”

“Can’t fault any part of our stay, the house was perfect 5 adults and one three year old. Lots of space, down stairs bedroom with ensuite was perfect for great grandparents. Outside area was nice in the morning to sit with a coffee, lots of green space for little one to run and explore. Kitchen had everything and a lovely welcome gift. Five mins drive to local shop for fresh bread. Fifteen mins drive to larger shop with huge selection of local foods. Half hour to small national trust beach Mwnt,...

“A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future.”

“Myself and my partner had the most wonderful stay, it’s nice and rural but not too far anyway from anything. The property is modern but feels country, it’s really smart. All of the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us! We will definitely being going back, thank you so much.. ”

“ I tend to stay in holiday inn or a Premier Inn. When Im away with work. But Top Joes was recommended to me, so i took a look online and thought lets give it s go as it wasnt to far away from where i was working I have to say, i wasnt disappointed. Food, service, room i could not fault, friendly staff a full package. I will stay here again when working in the area ”
