"Checked in early, they were kind enough to hold our luggage but we couldnt get the room because it was 10am. The route to get to the hotel was tough, too many curbs and single car roads the parking was complicated and seemed sus. Upon getting to our room, our luggage was there waiting in the room, but the hotel and room seemed like a prison. The hotel was outdated and didnt feel comfortable. They were nice enough to put a crib inside the room without us asking for our baby."

"The pool may look lovely, but our room was dingy, the sparse furniture was outdated by decades, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the terrace was in a terrible state of disrepair, we had no phone and we haven't even started on the bathroom! You had to be very slim to even enter the bathroom. The shower had a rickety and flimsy door arrangement that opened on two sides meeting in the corner, if you could get it to open and close that is. "Arrivato 8 luglio con mia moglie e ripartito oggi 10 luglio. Il Resort nel complesso è bello e con ottima vista. Nonostante sia 4 stelle mi chiedo come possano affittare pessime camere che ti aspetti, forse, da un 2 stelle. Purtroppo ci siamo fidati delle fotografie della camera pubblicata su Expedia, ma la camera che ci hanno dato non era quella pubblicizzata. 2 giorni in un buco di 15 metri quadri con un unica finestrella (non finestra) con vista sui condizionatori delle altre camere.
