I loved the room on how modern it looked, I also loved the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom which was very cool!. Unfortunately though I didn’t find fair on how the hotel has housekeeping attend to your room after 3 days, I needed housekeeping or any cleaning supplies during the late evening and front desk informed me they didn’t have anyone available for housekeeping and for cleaning she only gave me a bottle that looked like windex? with a rag. The amenities are not great so instead I recommend to pay the bit of extra money and go to a different one where they have a pool and other things. The rooftop was also a complete rip off with the extra charges that they hit you with at the end of your bill..so pay attention to those taxes lol! We were charged almost $87 for 4 expresso martinis and the taxes were like $17 (Not including tip). Now.. Location.. wasn’t great, we walked to few places to get food since we wanted to stay fully away from downtown; they do have Chic Fila next door and another bar/restaurant down the block but to get to places you do have to walk more midtown. The staff at Cambria were always respectful and very professional but the valet parking guys needed to be taught professionalism. I hope my review helps!

I have a great experience in cambria of Niagara fall , that was amazing! And I thought it was like Niagara fall excellent as long, but it was not, it was bad area unsafe and unfriendly staff front desk in Nashville midtown , it was a disappointing experience with Nashville midtown Cambria .

I recently stayed here on a trip with my teenager. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were pleasant. Hotel rooms and amenities - We could not log on to Netflix or any other platform to watch TV due to some issues they were having. I asked for someone to come look at it I'm not sure if they ever did but regardless for our 5-day stay we did not have television. I realized this may not be the end of the world for a lot of people, however as I mentioned I was traveling with my teenager, so he was not allowed to be in the bars after 8:00 p.m. so we did spend a fair amount of time in the room. We went up to the rooftop brunch one day, but the (dance) music was incredibly loud, And the menu was in my opinion a bit pricey, and there was nothing that we even really wanted to eat, so we left. Outside of the rooftop there was only a lobby area to sit in or go to outside your room. Now for location - Based on what I read I thought that bars on Broadway were much closer. It was a long walk and there are a lot of hills on the way. I think many would find the walk to be too far. One thing I didn't see in any of the reviews was more information about the neighborhood. There is a chick-fil-a right down the street which was incredibly convenient, unfortunately outside of that and a liquor store attached the only stores / businesses close by were a strip club, a LGBTQ bar, And an adult toy store. Again not the family friendly vibe I was hoping for.

I want to preface this review with the knowledge that I had a reservation at this hotel but was not able to make it. My girlfriend and I planned to have an eventful trip in Nashville when our flight got cancelled due to severe weather conditions we spent twelve hours in an airport and were not sure if we were going to be able to get there or not. I preemptively called the hotel to ask questions about cancellation. The front desk made me aware I could cancel but I would have to pay for the first day, to this I had no complaints I can understand paying for one day as they would be holding the room for us. I said I would call later to cancel since we are still in limbo about the flight. Once the 12 hours were up, I decided to call and cancel. The front desk, this time a different person told me I couldn’t since it’s non refundable. I stated that someone previously told me I had an option to if it was before 1 am and all I would have to do is pay the first day. She restated that I couldn’t cancel and would have to reach out to Expedia. Expedia gave me the same answer, they said they reached out on my behalf as well. Still with no resolution, expedia stated I couldn’t cancel. We booked 5 days totaling $773.34. I still haven’t received my money and we are at the end of the 5 days. Im infuriated with the treatment I received over the phone from the front desk. They treated me without any empathy and told me they couldn’t do anything. I don’t advise to stay at this hotel.

The valet's and front desk staff were excellent. The restaurant on the 9th floor was out of everything and service wasnt good. 15 minutes to get a cocktail while people were more worried about preping food and decorating tables. The food was good. To the Room, the cambria has 2 listings that look the same but are not. One has a pool one does not. Bait and switch tactics. The room was dirty greasy hand prints everywhere, floor hadnt been swept or mopped. Sheets had way to much statch and destroyed my skin. Tv lagged consistently making it difficult to watch. AC and shower were great, spacious room, the bed was great the couch was comfortable but had to use the pillows from the bed.
