This place is an absolute disaster. We had to chang rooms thrice and we were not the only ones with such an experience
1 Room 155 was a smoking room when we asked for a non smoking one
2. Room 149 the bathroom lights didnt work. Bedroom had one working light out of 2 ans the tv disnt work. There were bugs flyong round in the room. Room had a coffee oackets but no coffee machine.
3. Room 143...toilet wouldnt stop flushing, remote battri3s dead and the shower was clogged up. When we aked to fix it they claimed they disbt understand. Finally got hold of the manager and he got it fixed. Still backs up when we left.
Keycards and internet have tp be recharged daily. No swimming pool.
