Excellent hotel. Everything was perfect. Immaculate throughout. The staff were absolutely amazing. Wonderful breakfast which is always a great extra. Rooms are smaller than expected but we managed. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

We only stayed one night, but it was great. The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and there was very little noticeable noise....other than the AC unit that was outside our window. But it wasn't bothersome enough to keep us awake. This location is close to the mall, target and lots of restaurant options. Would stay here again!

Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and mostly prepared for our stay. We needed to ask the front desk attendant for sheets for the pull-out sofa bed as well as more towels because there were only two towels in the bathroom. We are from northern Indiana and wanted to swim, even though the exterior pool was not heated. Thankfully, the pool was still open at the end of September and our kids were able to have a great time burning off energy after a 7 hour car ride. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. We really liked the king-size pillows. Breakfast was good! We were expecting to have a server take our breakfast vouchers and direct us to where to dish up our breakfast. Unfortunately, there was no one in the restaurant and we were left to figure out where to find our plates, utensils and the breakfast buffet. All in all we did enjoy our stay, but there is room for improvement.

The hotel is in a great location. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE and the property is clean. While it is clean, it does need some updating. We stayed in room 312 and the carpet is pretty stained, the couch needs to be replaced at this point and the top of the curtains are stained (presumably from a water leak). Our kids are older at this point, so this wouldn't stop me from staying here again. But, if I still had little ones crawling around, this would bother me. All in all, we were pleased with our stay and would stay here again when we're in the area.

The reason why I rated the facility so low is because the room I they gave me turned out to not have a working shower as the shower knob was loose and it cost me $190 a night to stay there. The service was good as they let me use another empty room to shower in before my flight. Otherwise a bummer, because they have decent facilities and the service was good.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly but it was one of the worst maintained Holiday Inn properties I have seen. Multiple large cracks on ceiling with yellow water stains in the room and bedroom, leaking shower head that was held together with a face towel, door lock was broken, carpet was stained and curtains had holes in them. The beds felt like sleeping on wooden planks. Who ever the cleaning staff is…they are super stars. With everything being in such poor condition there wasn’t a speck of dust and bathroom was sparkling clean.
