I found a bedbug on a pillow- The manager tried to insinuate that ee made ot up and took a piccture from a different hotel.They put a $50 hold on my card for a deposit. They told me that they didnt take the money. Ive yet to receive my money back. There was no accommodation made to us at all. The worst experience ive ever had at ahotel.
