So many things wrong. Outlets weren't covered, wires hanging everywhere. Carpets in hallway looked AWFUL. Pool was closed (we get it, things happen) but there was never any update as to when it would be opened. "high-speed" internet was anything but high-speed. We had to call to have them reset their routers multiple times because the television wouldn't connect nor would our phones or laptops. They tried to say it was the "room" but it couldn't have been. Bed frame was bent and then sharp and scratched our legs. Overall it was just a poor experience. I wouldn't recommend or stay again if looking for anything other than a place to sleep.

This property is NOT ready to be available to the public. The facility and rooms were filthy, the staff is rude, because of the number of complaints. I am requesting a total refund and will block my credit card NOT to pay them. A horrible experience.

Bathroom had more caulk MISSING in the tub area than there was caulk in place. Caulk work around the outside of the tub and the toilet was extremely poorly done. Painting in the bath area was shoddy - paint on the mirror, etc. Was not a pleasant experience walking into the bath/sink area. This is my 2nd experience with these property's, and both are the same. I would FIRE the contractor/repair person and the employee that inspects their work. The TV did not work, there were 2 controllers with NO INSTRUCTIONS. I had to have the counter person actually come into the room and fix it. I will be looking at another hotel chain for my future travels.

This hotel needs to be maintained. Poor paint job- chipped paint all over the property. Beds are old and squeaky. The window was cloudy and we couldn’t look out. The bedding was slightly damp from humidity even though the air conditioning was on. We didn’t eat the breakfast because of these conditions because we didn’t trust it.
