The location was gorgeous and had an amazing view. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the staff was professional and amazing. While there were a few hiccups, the were easily remedied.

Would stay again.
I would definitely stay again it was very convenient for a group of 6. If your a smoker you have to stand in the bar parking lot. But or spot 113 was next to Dukes bar so it worked out grate for us. The bar can get a bit noisy so if you're a light sleeper bringing ear plugs.

This place looked like other people had just left, and only the sheets were changed - hopefully. There were white drops on the bedroom floor and near the couch, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, party decorations and tape on the walls and kitchen ceiling. Then when the mgt. company texted me asking how I’d rate my stay, they said they’d send a follow up email so I could leave feedback. That email never showed up. This looks to be managed by an international management company who has become so complacent that they don’t care about their clients.

Great area and large space easily accommodated 10. Furniture was kind of cheap and there was not enough in either seating area to seat a large group.

Very sparse. Pans were dirty in the cupboards. Lots of marks, dings, smudges on walls and stairs. Outdoor furniture very worn.

Great place to stay while in nashville. Plenty to do around the apartment, or a 10 min drive to Broadway. Clean and very nice rooms. Would stay here again.

Awesome property but very loud location
Sonder is a great company and this unit is awesome. It had everything I needed to cook and sleep. The beds were very comfortable, people were nice, and the furniture was up to date. However, if sleep is important to you during your stay - this is not the place. Next door is The Five Spot, an iconic music venue where you will hear music 8 p.m.- 2 a.m. On their website it appears the music is over by 11:55, that is not the case. I thought I would have a break on Sunday, and unfortunately did not. While this space provides noise machines and ear plugs, both were not enough to take away the ongoing vibration of the instrumentals. If you are visiting with friends and plan to have long nights, this shouldn't bother you but if you are here for work or extended stay, be mindful that the noise will not go away - it is Monday- Monday.

The property is beautiful, modern and very well Located. But the cleaning was not good and also we had problems with the washer machine. They sent somebody, but the problem was not solved. We got very frustrated because we were traveling with kids and really needed to wash our cloths.They said they would refund some credit as a genuine gesture tough.
