It was good overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a very annoying issue regarding the door key. It would need reprogramming almost every day, and it was really frustrating when I got the the door at the third floor and realised it wasn't working. It's rated 3.5 out of 5 stars and I think the rating is accurate.

Péssima Experiência

Não foi muito agradável, por 2 vezes tivemos que retornar a recepção para carregar o cartão já que não conseguimos entrar no quarto, foi solicitado 2 cartões para evitar o constrangimento de descer do 3° andar para acessar o quarto, porém segundo o funcionário não era necessário já que o problema tinha sido resolvido, só que novamente voltou a acontecer, e além disso, tentamos contatar o restaurante do hotel para solicitar um prato, so que depois de diversas tentativas desistimos, depois o hotel alegou que não prestava serviço de quarto, porém apenas queríamos agilizar o pedido e descer apenas na hora de buscar, fora que toda as vezes que colocamos o pé fora do hotel, mendigos ficavam abordando de uma forma bem invasiva solicitando ajuda, vale salientar que eles ficavam em parte da propriedade do hotel e o hotel em nenhum momento intervia para eles não perturbarem os moradores, tivemos que sair um dia antes da diária porque não tivemos uma boa estadia no hotel.

Então, quem quer algo simples pode ir pra la. Mas, quem ta em busca de um cafe da manhã melhor com varias coisas nao va para la pois só tem salsicha e ovo. Vai passar raiva cheguei a reclamar na recepção mais não adiantou de nada. Varios dias la comendo a mesma coisa. Hidromassagem podre nao va.

Bem mais ou menos.

Hotel precisando de renovação de estrutura. Pedi um quarto mais caro e me botaram no pior possível. Cheio de mofo, escuro.. a treva. Solicitei para trocar e então fui para um melhorzinho. Mesmo assim um ar condicionado fraco, fronhas velhas, Paredes descascando… tudo antigo. O único ponto positivo foi a cordialidade da camareira, o café da manhã e a área da piscina. De resto, até o elevador cheira mal e não responde ao toque do dedo para chamar.

É um hotel bastante honesto com ótimo valor, mas nao espere muito do café da manhã que é bastante limitado, com apenas 2 opções de frutas e poucas variedades de pães. Apesar disso, é uma excelente opção para quem quer se hospedar numa região boa e perto da praia.

O ponto forte do hotel é a localização, pois fica muito perto da praia e tem vista do Morro do Careca. Inclusive, a varanda do quarto tinha vista também para o morro. O café da manhã era bom, mas não tinha uma grande diversidade de opções. Entretanto, a cama não era muito confortável, a varanda não tinha cadeira nem rede para ficar com comodidade. Além disso, o ar condicionado demorava um pouco para gelar bem o quarto e tinha um ponto com mofo, perto do frigobar. Também não gostamos do horário de utilização da piscina e Jacuzzi, pois inicia as 10h e não deu para aproveitar no último dia, como gostaríamos

Descaso e Decepção

A estrutura do hotel é antiga e necessita de diversas manutenções que, aparentemente, não são feitas. Por exemplo, a academia não funciona por falta de manutenção nos equipamentos. Além disso, o cartão magnético para acessar o quarto para de funcionar sozinho e você tem que ficar solicitando a recepção para "recarregar". Já o ar-condicionado não dá conta de gelar o quarto, inclusive fez um barulho muito grande parecia que ia explodir, tivemos que correr para chamar algum funcionário do hotel para verificar. Sem contar que alguns quartos não tem secador de cabelo, então precisa solicitar e devolver na recepção. Por fim, não tem funcionários suficientes para trabalhar no horário do café da manhã, o que gera um tumulto entre os hóspedes. E por falar em café da manhã, as fotos são lindas mas a realidade é bem diferente.
