Not a hotel. More like a pousada or hostel. We requested a room with 3 beds when we booked and the room only had 1 double bed. They moved a cushion into the room.

A porta de entrada velha,sem um vidro inteiro,para chegar na recepção tem uns 20 ou mais degraus, não tem funcionário para carregar a bagagem, é por conta do hóspede, não tem elevador,não tem interfone, não tem secador de cabelos,o ar condicionado funciona muito mal, os lençóis amarelados, toalhas velhas e ralas, VERGONHOSO, chega ser uma afronta ao cliente, móveis velhos, Absurdooo. No banheiro, a pessoa fez arremesso de rejunte nas paredes, grudou e ali ficou, é sério, parece mentira mas é verdade,é surreal. Quanto a limpeza nem vou comentar. Quando subi as escadas para chegar na recepção, tenho 62 anos, subi mais dois lances para chegar no quarto, abri a porta...levei um choque, fiquei parada por segundos tentando entender o que estava acontecendo. O que salva são os rapazes da recepção que são muito educados,só. Reclamei, e fui transferida para outro hotel da rede a 2 quadras, fui caminhando com as bagagens. Saí do La Belle que é literalmente péssimo e fui para outro menos pior. É um absurdo esse hotel ser considerado 3 estrelas, mais parece um quarto de encontro das profissionais da noite. Volto a dizer, os funcionários educados e atenciosos. Não se hospedem, nem por 10,00 a diária, é um pesadelo.
