The hotel is in a good location. Staff is under staffed and not a real good attitude. Renovations are taking place. One elevator down. Just needs more renovations and maybe some customer relations classes for the weekend help.

Everyone was nice and breakfast wasn’t bad, however sleeping is the biggest part of a hotel stay and this was easily the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on.

They were rotavating so the gym and the pool were not operational. However, the staff and the cleanliness made up for it. Great experience and I will be back soon!!!

The staff were great! The place is being renovated so things were a little more unorganized but the main thing was that it was hot in the hall ways and into the room. We went and bought a $40 fan to help cool down the room but other than that we enjoyed our time.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, they ran out of breakfast items (grits) and we were told they were only allowed two pots for breakfast-even though the hotel was completely full! The housekeeping staff did not replace all the towels and we were only given one towel for our room. The front desk's reply when asked for more was "housekeeping did not wash or dry the towels for the day and there are none available." There was only one working elevator on the property.
