“The staff were extremely friendly. Food was exceptional and piping hot. Lovely selection of continental, fruits and yoghurts. Bed was just perfect, I slept like a log. Had no issues with the internet. Overall a lovely perfect stay. Thank you.”

“Lovely old inn within minutes' walk of the town pubs and eateries. Be aware though, the shortest route is via the steep steps aptly called 'Jacob's ladder' across the road. Hotel staff were very friendly, incredibly friendly towards the dogs making it the perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Will stay again.”

“Lovely and very professionally & efficiently run hotel. Loved the cozy atmosphere in the bar, special mention to Maja for her friendliness. Really enjoyed having a decent sized swimming pool and being able to have a swim before breakfast. Our only - slight - gripe was breakfast in that we had to point out to the breakfast waiting staff that the bread had run out 20 minutes ago - they hadn't noticed - but this was rectified immediately. The breakfast service was also quite slow and the coffee...

“We loved the Hotel Tresanton. It was expensive but well worth it. We had room 26 which is very high so you should check the room number if you have any mobility issues. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was the highlight of our 24 day stay. Our server, Izzy in the bar was amazing. ”

Trelissick Garden National Trust was also a good place to visit, especially if you are National trust members, the gardens there are beautiful. ”
