“Hallway was really bad smell 🙁. Elevator is not working every day … We can not open windows b/c about close to neighbors. I think I requested street view … but was street view but wrong side . very dirty in front of the door ..Never comeback to that place .Thank you !!!”

“Loved our stay at Ballarooms Experience. The B&B was in a very central position close to Ballaro market and was very comfortable- we even had a sauna in our room! Mariella served a lovely breakfast in her other B&B 5 minutes walk from where we were staying.”

“Our flight was delayed I was I formed that I missed check in hours and would be charged an additional fee for an evening check in. We stayed 4 nights, no clean towels, the shower drain overflowed and nobody ever around to call. There are no lights in the hallways or stairwell. We would walk in the pitch dark with the flashlights from our phones. Next to our room was a night club that the party went on all night. Just as you fall asleep the recycling truck comes by every morning and you are woken...

“Chambre moderne très bien située rue Maqueda. Malgré le bruit ambiant de la rue, les fenêtres étaient très étanches. Notre hôte Francesco est un ange, toujours prêt à courir pour nous aider. Très facile de communiquer avec lui sur What’s App. Les petites douceurs à notre disposition, ainsi que la machine à café dans l’espace commun furent très appréciées également. Grazie !”

“By far, the best hotel in Palermo. The Teatro Massimo suite was gorgeous. I didn’t want to leave! I had a lot of heavy luggage and traveling solo and the staff helped me with my bags and did not charge me a late check out fee. The room had everything and even came with a flat iron. lol I was in heaven. Grazie mille per tutti, Rosy!”
