“We did not stay at the Royal Tanau as it was closing for season end, but we were relocated to the Eurostar La Pleta, which was amazing overall. Very nice service, every detail very well looked after. Smooth van service to the ski lift”

“Fantastic level of service across the board from desk, dining and ski room. Great location for access to skiing. A rethink of the downstairs area would free up more space for a bar area - quite a lot of the downstairs space wasn't used much, if at all, by guests.”

“We stayed at Hotel Val de Ruda for eight nights to ski and experience the region. The hotel staff was exceptional; friendly, professional, going above and beyond to see that we had a pleasant, relaxing stay. When a larger room opened, Inma offered it to us for the remainder of our stay. Melania and the entire dining staff made sure we tasted the traditional liqueurs and dishes of the Valley. The breakfasts were wonderful and dinners exceptional. A five minute walk to the main Baqueria gondola...

Une navette est mise à disposition des clients mais il est également possibilité de faire le trajet à pied en empruntant un petit sentier très bien aménagé le long de la route. Accueil et service sympathiques. Espace piscine petit mais agréable après une journée de ski.”
