โHaley accommodated our request for early check in with no issue. She was very kind, courteous, and helpful. We even received an upgraded room with a huge spacious private patio with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table. Room was just as spacious, and comfortable. โThis is a very nice a Hampton Inn located in the beachfront of Virginia Beach. Everything was just fine. My only issue was paying the $20 daily parking fee, when all the other Hampton inns don't charge for parking. We were given a tag to hang in our rear view mirror, but apparently not enough protection from other people parking there. Food at breakfast was good. Staff in that area could have have friendlier!!! Smiled a little more; said "good morning."

โIt was an excellent place to stay. The staff was phenomenal. We did not have any issues at all. Their elevator was down, but they accommodated the residence extremely well. They had a staff member stay in the elevator and help residence to get to their floors. They did a great job in a really difficult situation. The view from the hotel is amazing The boardwalk outside is incredible. You just canโt get a better place to stay!โ
