Athina was so kind, generous and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Suite was beautifully appointed and in a great location opposite perfect Plaka Beach. Bus stop right outside property and shops and rest Lise walking distance. Yukka Beach Bar (part of the resort) provided amazing food and service. Breakfast buffet was also delicious. Could not fault our stay here. Thanks Athina and Co.

I would give this hotel 100 stars if I could - it's my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in Naxos and I've been here many times. The entire whole of it is so exquisitely set up for comfort and ease- the location and ease to Plaka Beach is perfection, the beach chairs are serviced with incredible food, the design is incredible (cycladic boho!) - but what stands apart from every other place is the staff who are so professional, so discreet, so friendly, and so attentive. I truly love this hotel!! We booked two rooms - a junior suite and a mountain view garden and they were both adorable.

Absolutely wonderful stay

My two teenagers and I loved everything! First of all it’s the most lovely people. The studios lies right next to a great beach. The pool area is beautiful. Very nice breakfast and lunch/dinner. Very aesthetically decorated hotel and garden. Gorgeous and very clean rooms (and we tried 3 of them 😊 since we could only book three nights on hotels.com. But Athina personally managed to fit us in three more nights in different rooms ❤️) Next time we just ask her directly. In other words: perfect vacation.

The warmest welcome from the staff of anywhere I have stayed. Athina, Olga and Anastasia made us feel at home. Really pretty apartments and great pool area. Right next to the beach. Word of warning if you book through Expedia: check with the hotel that the correct room is reserved. Our room was not available when we arrived and had been double booked: apparently an issue with the booking system and Expedia. However, the owner could not do enough and put us in their best rooms for the first 2 nights and provided complimentary breakfast for our whole stay. They even baked my husband a delicious birthday cake: Mrs Sonia’s own recipe. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Check In was great and staff were nice, however we soon discovered that our rooms bathroom was not as expected, with a poor handheld showerhead, as opposed to the advertised rainfall shower. Additionally, the whole bathroom was a wet room, quite literally, after a shower. Which we didn't expect. We tried to flag this to the staff, however, they were quite dismissive and didn't take the issue seriously. This was quite disappointing as the bare minimum we would want from the ability to shower easily, in addition to one more where we had no water at all and couldn't even brush our teeth. Not what we were expecting from what is classified as a 4 star hotel.

Highly recommended

What a place! Athina and her team have got it absaloutely right. The staff are lovely, friendly and made our holiday that little bit more special by just being authentically welcoming. From the moment we arrived after a very long journey from the UK we were taken care of and had a very homely welcome from Athina and her team. The interior is perfect for a relaxing holiday with gorgeous grounds that are well taken care of. We enjoyed a coffee under a swaying palm tree in the outdoor bar area. There is a beautiful old cedar tree at the front of the property with dining tables and hanging lanterns. Perfect for a sunset meal or lunch in the shade overlooking the sea. Unfortunately the photos online dont do the hotel justice. As for location, after exploring the island it is definitely the best part of the island with a mix of beach bars and restaurants, but very relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle. It is also one of the nicest beaches on the island. Highly highly recommend.
