Excellent Stay!

Our recent stay at this hotel was excellent. The room felt new, spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, although a bit further from Naxos Port, about 15 to 20 minutes on foot. The surrounding area felt very safe, with plenty of dining options nearby, and there's a large supermarket about 15 minutes away for better-priced essentials. The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, offering a very warm welcome with a complimentary drink and providing valuable recommendations for tours, excursions, and things to on the island. The standout feature was the phenomenal breakfast, offering a wide variety of delicious Greek favourites and international options. The amenities were great, including Nuxe toiletries. However, there was a faint sewage smell in the bathroom, although it didn't affect the room with the door closed. Overall, this hotel provided an excellent stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

This boutique hotel is amazing. I consider it a much better option than expensive branded hotels. The room is well appointed with quality fixtures, breakfast selection is par excellence and has a good family vibe as the father of the owner overseas daily operations. Staff are extremely helpful and extremely polite and understanding. Truly one of the best place we stayed in. Thanks !

Very helpful hotel staff!

We stayed in a superior suit with tub which was perfect for a family of four, it was also quiet and very comfortable. Staff was also very helpful to make the best of our stay! We rented a car for trips on the island and their is a public parking just by the hotel.

I had an extended stay in Naxos, and the Polis is an excellent selection for anyone. Clean, well-operated with spacious rooms; hot water; excellent ac; friendly staff. The morning breakfasts were very good quality and selection, and the coffee was piping hot. If you are looking for a nicely located hotel, close to the beach, very nice restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle of the port area, then the Polis deserves your strongest considerations.

Impromtu hotel stop but was great

We were lucky to get a room as we werent meant to go to Naxos, due to issues with ferries, we ended up there. Last minute availability for these rooms that was booked 2 hours before we arrived. The receptionist was super helpful and made light of the stressful suitation. Overall they made us feel better with the impromtu stop in Naxos.

Over selling under delivering

Poor Wi-Fi speed. Wrong room size advertised. Extremely tiny property. No drinking water provision in the room. Car parking facility is of the city and private parties. They wrongly offer car parking facilities with the room as if its theirs and on their property. Considering what they charged, its not worth it.

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο,καθαρό.Δεν έχει πολύ χώρο για οικογένεια με μεγάλα παιδιά.Το πρωινό λιγάκι βαρετό μετά από κάποιες μέρες γιατί ήταν συνεχώς το ιδιο(μείναμε μια βδομάδα). Δεν παρείχε είδη μπάνιου(ένα προϊόν αφρόλουτρο-σαμπουάν μαζί που δεν το ανανέωσαν ποτέ).Για τα δεδομένα των Κυκλάδων ωραίο.Θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο οικονομικότερο (161€με πρωινό).

Litt upersonlig, men ok hotell på Naxos

Rene, fine rom. Bra belysning og gode senger. Litt for små balkonger mot trafikkert gate. Bra frokost. Digital innsjekking som fungerte fordi resepsjonen var bemannet. Digital utsjekking som ikke fungerte, og da vi sjekket ut (kl 08:30) var det heller ingen i resepsjonen.

Agréable séjour à Naxos

La chambre était très jolie et exactement sur les photos, la salle de bain également petite mais fonctionnelle. Le lit était très moelleux mais contrastait un peu avec le coussin qui était plus ferme. Le petite déjeuner très conviviale et les personnes à la réception absolument adorables. Toutes les mesures covid seraient prises et respectées, je recommande. L’hôtel était à 15min du port et à bonne distance d’une jolie plague. A proximité de restaurants et du centre de la ville.
