"The hotel was very pleasant. Upon check in the room that I originally was assigned (Rm 118) wasn’t very the best. The room had a damn musty smell. I inquired at the front desk if it was feasible to be assigned a new room. The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating. I was assigned a new room on the third floor. The breakfast selection was better than most other hotels. They had a decent selection of various items and the coffee was nice and hot. The room does need some upgrading , but it nice and comfortable. "

"A/C. Cold , no stove, microwave mal function, Towels hard to come by. Room was clean when arrived, but for longer stays would not be cleaned. "

"The toilet ran throughout the night and kept us awake. I reported to the front desk after I checked in and the didn’t fix it or change rooms. "

"They always charge my card $150 for incidentals! Only supposed to put a hold on it but they actually run the card! Happened 3 times at this place!"

"The check-in staff made check in smooth and seamless, they recognized my Silver status and tha led me for my loyalty. Made great suggestions for dinner, the room was very nice, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. "

"Office personal was friendly, was able to check in an hour early, that was the only thing that was nice at the “Travel Inn”. Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. Toilet paper holder was crooked and was barely on the wall being held up with clear silicon, towel holder that was above the toilet was missing from the wall with the holes still in the wall. The smell was odd, and the walls were paper thin and you could hear other people talking, at first I thought it was someone’s tv that was on with the volume up. All this was in the first 5 minutes. I then proceeded to book another hotel and me and my wife left the key card in the room and left in a hurry. I highly suggest avoiding this place. The reviews I read are very very wrong and misleading. Will never book this hotel again. Would rather sleep in my vehicle than this place. "
