“I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the...

“This place was the only bad experience in an otherwise wonderful trip. Hotel does not have adequate staffing which led to most of the following issues: - it took 1 hour for them to check us in. People before me had been standing for more than 2 hours waiting for staff to prepare the rooms even though previous batch had checked out 3 hours before - No wifi in rooms, only available at reception with 200mb limit per person. - Landline was not working in room and they asked us to come to reception...

“Sehr schöne Location nicht weit vom Jetty mit aufmerksamen Personal. Jedoch eiskalte Policy was Änderungen angeht! Prüfen Sie Ihre Flugzeiten! Die Letzte Fähre von Port Blair geht um 14:00 Uhr (auch wenn es einmal eine Abendfähre gegeben haben soll). Flugverspätung oder Änderung - Pech gehabt! Das Hotel ändert unter keinen Bedingungen irgendetwas an Ihrer Buchung oder erstattet 1 Cent oder ein Kompensation auch wenn Monate vorher bekannt,”

“we had two rooms. with family. stayed for 2 days. it was off-peak season so relatively quiet. Had much of the beach to ourselves which was amazing. staff arranged for early check-in and late check-out. very enjoyable. The beach was clean but not pristine. There were some scattered plastic containers/trash which can be more proactively cleaned up by the hotel cleaning crew. Had two meals here and they were awesome really. Rooms were clean, bathroom was good. Sort of at a level of a 3-star...
