"設備やスタッフの方の対応は良かったです。 周りというか、駅からホテルまでの道にお店が少ないですが、スーパー(イオン)が近いのは少し助かりました。 夜遅く、酔っぱらいの騒音(話し声やドアの開閉音など)がうるさかったです。"

Not your typical Japanese town, even in far northern Hokkaido. Windswept, unpretentious, down-to-earth. Fishing, farming, and government seem to be the mainstays of the economy after the summer visitors go home.
