“Air conditioning in room. Staff very polite and friendly - sorted any queries immediately or sought a colleague who could. Good breakfast buffet each morning, variety of options for dinner too if choosing to eat at the hotel. Some decoration work ongoing during stay. Gym present, smaller than expected however. ”

“The property is located in Varem right on the main road and very near to the market. We reached the property at around 12pm and the lobby was packed with people. We managed to get check-in as they have a policy of check-in by 2:30pm. The room has road view and was clean. There were no water bottles in the room. I asked them atleast 3 times for providing water bottles. I had informed them while going out to keep the water bottles but even in the evening when i came back there were none. The...
