โEasy and quick check in with kind staff. Room ready right away, clean and good air conditioning. Quiet property. Had mini waffle maker with the free breakfast it was solid. Would recommend for sure.โ
โI've stayed in the area before which is conveniently located nearby many restaurant & food options. Retail. And entertainment all within a quick drive. Hotel it self was very clean. My daughter and me both mentioned the hallway & elevator having a nice smell. Rooms were pretty clean as well. Beds were very comfy! Anything i needed from reception they were more than happy to assist. And as a non breakfast eater most days, i ate everything minus eggs. Very nice, quiet, relaxing stay. โ
โThe staff at checkout was less than impressive and everything was closed. If, your looking for anything more than a bad cup of coffee-your going to be disappointed.โ
โOur second year in a row staying at Hilton Garden Inn in Wilkes Barre PA and as usual my family was very pleased. The new renovations are superb and the staff was very courteous and supportive.โ
โA nice property. A scant but adequate buffet.
One very off note: While we were having breakfast one of the housekeepers had a very loud complaint about another housekeeper at the front desk. A manager with two brain cells to rub together would have told her to bring her complaint to the office, and away from the guests..โ
โLets be frank. For about $100 a night your not going to get oppulant luxury. But if you need a place to stay overnight that has comfortable beds, a clean neat place, nice staff that will make accomidations for you, then at this price point its hard to beat. 24 hours coffee and tea is a bonusโ
โRoom was clean, quiet and very nice. Great breakfast and staff was quick to get us checked in and gave us all the info we needed for our overnight stay.
