Hotel génial mais manque de chaleur humain!

Génial hotel pour l'infrastructure et quartier, mais le service et l'entretiens général manque beaucoup d'amour, soins et gentilesses. Le personelle s'occupe le moins possible avec les clients. C'est vraiment dommage car avec plus de service et d'interet humain, l'hotel a vraiment tous pour devenir le top de l'environ. Le service de restaurant est non interessé et se prends soi-même le pourboire avant qu'on a l'occasion de l'offrir. On a juste manger làbas une fois. On trouve dans le nouveau Nessebar des petit restaurants cacher très sympa et typique Bulgare avec la nouriture plusieur fois meilleur et moins chèr.

Very nice, good service, clean and comfortable room, nicely located. Great views. Chef is amazing. Overall a very lovely experience. First time I had ever been to Old Nessebar and was quite taken by the place.

Нормальный отель с неприветливым персоналом

Отель неплохо расположен, в пешей доступности (5-10 минут) и от старого города Несебыра, и от ближайших нормальных пляжей. Просторные светлые номера с красивым видом на море (если выбираете стандарт, то будьте готовы смотреть не на парк или сад, а на парковку и пустырь). На этом достоинства заканчиваются. Откровенно скудный завтрак с очень ограниченным количеством продуктов посредственного качества. На редкость неприветливый персонал, который как встречает, так и провожает гостей даже без тени улыбки на лице. В один из дней забыли убраться в номере, сославшись на то, что горничная попала в аварию. Пришлось после возвращения с пляжа ждать еще полчаса, пока не уберутся в номере, правда, надо отдать должное отелю, в качестве извинений он прислал бутылку неплохого белого вина. В другой день частично обвалился подвесной потолок, проблему решали часа три. Пол в номере чистят плохо, туалетных принадлежностей, как-то шампунь или гель для душа, за 3 дня так ни разу и не добавили. Если цена устраивает, то можно закрыть глаза на недостатки, если кажется, что за эти деньги Вы получите достойный сервис - рассмотрите другие варианты.
