Wonderful place

Loved this place, wonderful location, friendly, and helpful staff, spacious rooms, very clean and close to measure places in Cappadocia’s downtown. I feel really pampered during my stay, definitely I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a very nice time in a lovely Cave Hotel.

Hotel was very clean, room was very spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to main street with juice stands, restaurants, and shops. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very good value for the area.

It was spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful in helping us book things we wanted like a last minute house back ride and transfer to the airport! It was also a really convenient location close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

Central location, great views from rooftop, excellent staff. Nice rooms inside caves. Bathroom had leaky water on the floor, it wasn’t bothersome though. The hotel runs its own ballooning company as well as tours. If you book everything via them, not only they provide better rates but also free shuttle service to and from airport. We learnt of this pretty late and our other activity bookings were non-cancellable, so couldn’t take advantage of their offer.

Beautiful hotel, clean and at the top of everything. Be prepared to walk up and down a hill. Lots of stairs but beautiful cave hotel. Huge room and comfortable beds. The reception will help with everything you need. Lots of restaurants around the area.

Family Stay

We've chosen Elegance Cave Suites to get an experience in a cave hotel - we've got what we wanted :) Just be prepared that a cave room is darker than a regular room, which is natural. We've stayed in a family room - clean and spacious. Lacking shelves for clothes though. Lovely view from the terrace of the breakfast cafe; breakfast itself could have been better (you won't stay hungry, no. It's just the choice of products that my comment refers to)

Enjoyed my stay!

I enjoyed the hotel. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had nice variety and had a cappucino/hot chocolate and latte machine! The location was also great. The location is about a 2 minute walk from the downtown and a 5 minute walk from the Goreme bus station. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that when we enter our room, we did get blasted by the scent of humidity. The scent only lasts about 3 seconds but it was something worth noting. It is a natural cave hotel so it is definitely one of the things you would have to deal with anyway. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Cappadocia again!

Lovely Hotel and Great Staff

Really lovely hotel, was so excited I forgot to take photos of the room it self. I was travelling with two other friends and booked a family suite that has one double bed and two single beds. The was a Sofa, coffee table, TV (we never used as we were out most of the time), stable internet and the usual things. Our room was in a proper cave! It was very cool an mind boggling that we were staying in a room that is carved out rock. This hotel is rustic (very clean and comfortable) and literally built into a side of a rock. The photos are from the roof top bar that at the top of the main reception. The staff are lovely and very informative. The tours and activates were fairly priced. Also, they are very trustworthy. They know everything about the region and always happy to help. We did a few last min changes with regards to activity and as they booked for us, they were able to make the changes really quickly. This freed up our time to explore Goreme. Their preferred method of communication is Whatsapp, which at first I thought was weird but it actually worked really well. One evening there were people shouting outside my room, I just Whatsapp reception and they just dealt with it. No need for me to leave the room or speak to some in a drowsy state. Highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again :-) Thank you for looking after us Elegance Cave Suites Team!!!
