We absolutely loved our stay at Erenbey! The owner and family are very pleasant and helpful, and our room was very cozy. Daily breakfast was another highlight, as it was homemade and authentic Turkish food.

The bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great with good spread. Göreme park was walkable distance with good weather. We enjoyed the stay as we can walk to view the hot air balloon flight off.

Room/hot tub nice, lost wifi so disappointed

Looking forward to a match and we're unable to watch on t.v.due to it went out. I also needed to work and couldn't get online. Very frustrating but nothing they could do and not their fault. Just don't recommend caves when reliable wifi is needed. There was no suggestion to compensate any part of our stay. Had to out a carpet outside due to a musty odor, possible due to a cat which got in (invited jn), the cats are so sweet. Hope we didn't ruin the carpets. Breakfast was ok. View from hot tub in room was not as pictured in the photos. View not as good. But really nice that there were candles and possible bubbles. Didn't get to use because of the wifi debacle, so was a little disappointed.

Hotel is just beautiful!! The room was perfect and looks exactly like the photos. The bathroom was huge and the shower was so relaxing. They also had a beautiful balcony to see many parts of the city and the balloons! The real highlight of this hotel, however, is the staff! They were absolutely wonderful to us! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and gave us great recommendations for food to eat and places to go! It was so nice to come back after long days of traveling to a place with such nice people! They were so amazing and communicative from the start of our booking, inquiring whether we needed transport or other accommodations. It is so nice to not have to worry about it! They arranged our transport from Nevşehir to the hotel and back again so quickly so there was no worry on our part from the start. As others have mentioned, there are at least two cats that are always around, "Snow" and Çirkin. I loved them. I miss them already. Bring a small amount of cat food when you come and spend some time with them. Wonderful place to stay and we will be back!!

Eren Bey is beautiful and is exceeded our expectations. The room and bathroom are larger in real life with spectacular view. We also loved the breakfast which was one of the best in the ttips we made

Right in the middle of goreme. Near to all the restaurants and shops to hang out. Walk to open air museum. I like that it is really clean and the room is warm in winter. They even give extra blankets. Pillows were super good. Staff was really friendly and helpful too! Nice breakfast.

The terrace with the pillows can definitely be replaced. When we arrived to our door, the vacuum cleaner, mop, and dirty rags were right in front of our door. I guess there was karaoke nearby and our first night I wasn’t able to go to bed. Other than everything else, the location is perfect.
