Ask if I could they could keep my luggage while I was doing a walk because I was waiting for my plane but they refused, apart from that basic hotel nothing special, not the worst neither 5/10

It was horrible for me

I made reservation for familly room for 4 people. When we get there they said no room for familly. Hotel pushed me to deal with Hotels.com administration. Based on the booking boucheure, i requested to refund. Hotel insisted this is not their fault and refund is not possible. It was horrible experience. I wasted 1.5 hours at lobby with my kids and wife. Hotel staff is chatting and laughing with other friends.I hope other people don't experience same situation.

Sejour aout 2025

Accueil correct info sur les restaurants alentours. Nous avions reserve 2 suite de 4 personnes. Les 2 etaient equipees de 2 clim mais dans chaque suite 1 des 2 e fonctionnait pas. Nous avons.eu tres chaud. La chasse d eau coulait perpetuellement et les lampes d appoint ne fonctionnaient.pas dans une.des suite en revanche lits confortables situation geographique correcte malgre l absence de parking reserve. Petit dejeuner tres complet

Hangi birini anlatayım bilmiyorum. Bana çatı katında bir oda verdiler. Sürekli kafamı vurdum. Gece asansör sesinden uyuyamadım. Küçücük bir penceresi vardı. Tuvalet ve banyoda konfor diye bir şey yok. Ayrıca çok pis korkuyordu. Doğru dürüst banyo yapamadım. Çünkü banyo tıkalı olduğu için

Merkezi. Mükemmel

Otelin konumu, personeli mükemmel. Çol güzel bir oda vermişler, çok beğendim :) Gördüğüm tüm personel çok kibar, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Nevşehir’e tekrar gelirsem mutlaka burda kalırım. Forum avm ye 1 km yürüyerek, Nissara avm ye yürüyerek 5dk. Hemen yanında market de mevcut. Odada kettle çay kahve var. Bir otelde aradığım en önemli şeydir benim için. Teşekkür ederim.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war absolut top! Besonders die Freundlichkeit des Personals möchte ich explizit hervorheben. Ich habe es noch nie erlebt, dass alle, ich betone ALLE! vom Personal so freundlich und zuvorkommend und fener jederzeit bereit für Sonderwünsche waren!
