Great budget choice for a stay in Kapadokya

Quiet hotel in small town away from crowds and noise at a very reasonable price. Bufger breakfast was very good. A bus ride away from Goreme to visit sites.

Our stay at the Lost city hotel was truly amazing and relaxing.The staff were incredibly polite and friendly ing above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The Manager, in particular, was a huge help, assisting us with booking cabs. She also provided excellent recommendation for resturants and bars, enhancing our overall experience. We highly recommend the Lost city Cave hotel for its unique charm and exceptional service.

Really nice cave hotel outside of the super-touristed areas, providing a really unique experience. The staff does not know a lot of English, but they are super helpful and quick to respond. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast has a lot of uniquely Turkish choices to it. The internet seems to come and go and you will have to wander a bit further afield to find places to eat dinner, but none of them are more than a five-minute drive away. All in all a really enjoyable stay!

ILiving in a rather grand cave complex. Wow. Felt like I was heading into the Mines of Morea a bit (but no Orcs, fortunately) the day and expecially the night staff simply couldnt do enough for us. Cups of tea constantly offered, conversation, advice, two cute dogs to play with: perfect. I think we disappointed the cook a little as we didn't do justice to her enormously breakfasts, but we did our best!

If we could give MORE STARS we would! This place made for an unforgettable Cappadocia experience. Each room is unique to its features so keep that in mind when choosing; but you simply can't go wrong. The location is not far from the city center; well worth it if you're coming by car. It is undeniable the level of care in detail that went into the design of this hotel. Be ready, as from the moment you step foot through the door; you immerse immediately into another time; surrounded by luxury vintage flair in a "cave/castle like" setting. Everything from the reception desk area to the decor pieces of the suites look carefully and tastefully handpicked. The staff here is by far the WARMEST WELCOME we've had this entire trip! And that is with NO EXAGGERATION! We have travelled throughout the country hitting several cities and have found the tourism industry with regards to customer service interaction to be generally poor to outright shameful! This place on the other hand was above and beyond excellent. From the cook that greeted us at our table during food service to make sure all was in order, to the smiling staff in the hallways wishing us well; and last but not least the reception administrator (His name is Mert; look out for him. He's tall with glasses; he's your guy!) A SPECIAL THANKS to him as he was in fact our favorite person in all of Turkey! Always made us sure that he was right there if we needed anything. Oda beklentinin altındaydı. Kapılar ses yalıtımında başarısızdı, dışardaki konuşma sesleri direk odaya geliyordu. Herkesin bağırarak konuşması cabası. 6 yaş çocuk için ekstra ücret talep edilmesi hiç hoş değildi ( özellikle vasat bir kahvaltı için). Kahvaltıda ceşit çok az, sadece hamur işleri güzel ve lezzetliydi. Genel anlamda beklentimizin altında kaldı. Hemen herşeyin ekstra ücrete tabi olması gelen müşterilerde gerçekten negatif etki bırakıyor, umarım otel yönetimi pozitif anlamda bıraktığım eleştirileri dikkate alır ve belki birgün çok daha iyi şartlarda misafir edilebiliriz.
