Room was clean. Air conditioner worked. Adequate towels. Bed was comfortable. Note, there were no “standard” amenities that you find in most basic hotel rooms - no coffee pot, mini fridge, etc. no coffee pot in the lounge area near lobby, either. It is very close to Times Square area so it is a very busy area but easy to walk to Broadway shows.

I got a queen size regular room on the 4th floor. It was of a good size although the bathroom was on the small side. Not much of a view overlooking air conditioning and heating equipment but it was very quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. Really liked the restaurant attached to the hotel because the food was good and staff was friendly. I will stay here again.
