New Dungeness Lighthouse Tours

The New Dungeness lighthouse. It's a long walk but you will be delighted with the views across the Straight of Juan De Fuca of Canada. Lots of wildlife too. We spotted several bald eagles (1 juvenile), seals, and several other birds. #TakeAHike

The New Dungeness Lighthouse is a 5 mile hike (10 r/t) on a naturally formed sand spit. Volunteers live at the lighthouse for a week at a time and provide tours and perform other duties to keep up the property. It is open year around but leave your 4 legged friends at home. This is also a wildlife refuge. #TakeAHike

A beautiful destination if you like to walk. 5 1/2 miles one way to get there..or if you kayak you can paddle too.
