Refreshing the room was not done in a timely fashion. We had to request soap, TP & coffee! Ask that are room be made up was not responded to. The salt water pool made up for a lot.

I was at an event most of the day but my husband ventured out and did a lot of antique shopping in several locations in New London as well as Appleton and Waupaca and had a great time.
