“Do not let the reviews fool you; this place is awful and the staff are the absolute worst. Upon check-in, the room reeked of wet dog so badly we had to buy a Glade plug-in just to breathe. The toilet takes 10 full minutes to refill, and the shower spit out yellow water that ruined my hair (staff nonchalantly blamed highway construction, but it’s clearly ancient, rusty plumbing). On day two, our key card randomly stopped working, forcing us to deal with the front desk just to get it reprogrammed....

“The rooms were outdated and not the cleanest, found a hair on the window sill, one on a pillow and one on the tub and shower wall. There was no ice in the hotel. The breakfast was good.”

“Nice enough place. We only stayed 1 night as a last minute decision. Older place but very clean. Breakfast was included. There were restaurants within walking distance.”

“Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.”

“The pool was very cold, you have to pay for wifi and you couldn't watch anything on tv. Rooms were not well maintained. The breakfast was great and the guy running it was awesome!”

“Please bring your hair dryer from home when staying here. I've stayed in many hotels in the world, but I've never seen one, no matter how low-rated, without a hair dryer. However, there is no hair dryer in the room here. We asked for a hair dryer in the evening, but the front desk staff said there were no hair dryers left. The next morning I called the front desk again and asked for a hair dryer and the front desk staff said the housekeeper would bring it to our room, but I didn't receive it...

“I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable.”

“Wonderful service provided by front staff, breakfast had lots of variety felt satisfied with the service. But the i gave 4 star and not 5 is the lady at breakfast. First of all she saw me struggling with waffle maker, instead of saying anything she just started preparing waffle for me. And after that i saw her being polite and greeting other customers but with us she didn’t even smile or greet us. I felt little bad about that. I don’t want to say she is being racist maybe there can be another...
