Highly recommend. I wanted to stay somewhere, that allowed me to be close to fun but when it was time for bed, i could sleep without the noise and this was a perfect location. Navigating to canal and bourbon was easy, and not a bad walk. All around the hotel there are resturants, coffee shops and entertainment.

Cambria was very nice and clean. It was far enough from everything but close enough to walk to the French Quarter. The food options around the hotel was great so I think it’s in a great location. Staff was very nice and help I will definitely add this to the list of hotels to stay at while in New Orleans!

Parking is expensive (valet) so ridesharing is essential. Many restaurants and options that are in walking distance so bring your walking shoes. Clean room, clean fa ility, helpful staff.

Hotel was very clean. The rooms, lobby and bar area are decorated very nicely. The hotel is in a very convenient location and is within walking distance to several bars and restaurants.

Great people, great customer service the only thing this property is lacking is a pool and inside hotel entertainment but it is a great hotel if you are only planning to sleep while on vacation. Big rooms, convenient to transportation walking distance from Frenchman and Frenchquarter overall nice and safe stay.

I had to be moved to another room upon arrival because my covers and mattress was dirty and stained. Once moved to another room I noticed the towels were dirty, you can’t control the thermostat in your room so I was cold the whole time I stayed there and the rooms aren’t comfortable. There’s no lightening & they’re not up to date. Don’t stay here pick another hotel that’s in the area.

This hotel is trendy and close to everything. The bed I slept in was amazing and everyone on staff was kind, but Ms. Sharon was such a big help getting me checked in and making sure I had everything that I needed. It was so quiet at night, I had the best sleep!!

Hotel is nice and clean, staff is helpful and friendly. Valet parking a bit expensive but convenient and staff very nice and accommodating. The only issue we found was very slow wi-fi. Cambria hotels are always a great choice.

Staff were really amazing all around. Room was odd-very spacious yet felt dark and dingy, very sparsely furnished so there was no where to put things or work- no desk or chairs and no proper dresser. Appreciated the in room coffee, the fridge and the availability of drinks in the lobby.

Amazing in all ways. The only two recommendations I have is, at the price point there should be dual ply toilet paper and not single ply. Also the price point for valet is a little steep. Amazing in all ways, just could use some reconsideration on price points.

Good centrally located hotel with very helpful staff. I needed a taxi at 330am for my ride to the airport and driver arranged by Ryan was there 5min. early and very friendly and helpful. I will stay at the Cambria again when I need my New Orleans fix.

Our room was not attended during our stay. Beds not made, no fresh towels. When I mentioned it to the fro t desk, she gave to lame excuses ..is due to Covid (4 years ago) and...people dont like to work. First and last Cambria experience.

Dear Agustin,On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us as a valued guest and please know that we do not make the brand policies for stayover service here at our specific property. Upon checking in you were notified by the front desk agent of the policy and our welcome letter also states the policy. If you would have requested full service to your room throughout your stay then we would have accommodated that, same if you requested light service at any point throughout your stay. Only thing that has changed from prior to 2020 is we do not enter every room, every day to do a cleaning as most guests no longer want that so we let our guests request what they would like. We do however do a check-in with our guests and offer a full-service cleaning on the third day of stays. If you asked our staff member how long this policy has been in place and she replied that it started in 2020 or right after, it is not an excuse. It's the correct and accurate answer to your question. We will be using your feedback for discussions in regard to delivery of answers to questions such as yours when received at our front desk so that we can provide exceptional experiences for our guests and avoid any miscommunication.

This property was at a perfect location. Easy walk to French Quarter and good restaurants. Quiet for sleeping. Amazing front reception (James) was warm, welcoming and very informative. We would recommend to our friends.
