Cement floors in the room that aren't level. Broken toilet seat that needed repair before we could pop a squat….And it broke again on our last day. Toothpaste on the trashcan. Broken vanity that needed to be fixed. The receptionist should be put as far away from guests as possible. Absolutely no greeting, no personal service or trying to make us feel welcome or anything. Just a mediocre hotel on the best day.

Very nice hotel, love it! This hotel would have gotten a 5 star review, however, I didn’t like waiting for wash cloths and a blanket. After calling several times, I went downstairs to find the staff posted up chatting about any and everything except work or trying to assist with what was needed.

The price was really good for what we got. Staff was excellent, gracious, welcoming. Not too too far from the quarter. Couch and shower showed a little wear and tear but were still nice. One night our “do not disturb” sign was missing and I texted the front desk; without bothering me they slipped one on and I was able to sleep soundly without being woken up. I love seamless service like that. I don’t know how they figured out I was Hilton honors—amazing bc I didn’t tell them— and I think they gave me a little upgrade because of that. I love me a little Nespressie too.

Easy walk to bourbon st and other places. The staff were all friendly and gave recommendations. Had a few problems with some shower pieces being broke/not working but it didn’t hinder anything. They were able to assist with the issue immediately. Had a great view!

Awesome property and I would stay here again. The one complaint I have is I had a double bed room but the cleaning staff only left one face towel each day. Why wouldn’t they leave two face towels? They saw both beds were slept in and therefore there were two people in the room.
