Everything was excellent but my phone won’t let me give 5 stars but they definitely deserve 5 or 6. Location was perfect for us and staff was so helpful finding restaurants and taxi service.

Elaine at the front desk was a gem! She was able to help provide some great local food options, helped us organize our return to the airport as well as periodic check-ins to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Rooms are small but efficient and the courtyard is great. Staff is awesome and my room has a cute balcony. Quiet street right off the Quarter but construction is happening at the corner and I could hear the trucks at 5am. Would stay again AFTER the roads are done.

The staff members were extremely helpful and kind. The room and hotel property were clean and very charming. The area is also convenient as it’s walkable to many popular spots in the french quarter. Overall, I would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

I really like this hotel for its quiet old world feel. It’s far away from the chaos of the French Quarter but with it’s simple charm don’t expect any frills but with any luck, you’ll have the quiet courtyard for reading a book and taking a dip in the pool.

I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The hotel was extremely clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the entire property had such a charming, comfortable atmosphere. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The ice machine and pool were unavailable during my stay, which was a little disappointing, but neither issue took away from my overall experience. The excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and location still made this an easy five-star stay for me.

The property is quaint and well maintained. The staff at the front desk are amazing. Very friendly and helpful with answering questions . Hats off to Elaine, Macie( I know that she doesn’t spell it this way but can’t remember how she spells it. The gal who was there last night September 15 was very nice too. My room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Great AC. The pool area was great. The pool was warm. Great to relax in after a day out and about. Most things in walking distance or street car close by. Would definitely stay here again! Downside no elevators.

The pool was green :( Everything else was 100% on point. Cleaning staff was wonderful but the best part, by a long shot, was the front desk staff, especially Elaine! What a wonderful hostess. Helpful but not overbearing. Very hospitable and so funny. Great experience. I will definitely come back to.The Chateau, hopefully pool will be working by then!

The staff was the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. They were the reason for my 5 stars. They called a cab for my return to the airport and made checkout and check in a breeze. The cleaning staff was also very nice, and made sure I had enough towels, etc. room was very clean and it centrally located in the French quarter . I only wish I had access to the pool when I was there. They did offer access to their neighboring hotel’s pool. Other downside was no fridge in room I would have loved to keep cold waters in there with the heat. Otherwise I still enjoyed my stay and was well worth the value.
