I was pleased with the cleanliness, safety, and courteousness of this facility. I appreciated the advice I received from the concierge on how to use the trolley system (only $3/day) and where to dine. The rooms were clean, the hallways were quiet, and the staff was friendly. We walked to the French Quarter each day, and felt safe walking back to Homewood Suites in the evening. I would stay here again.

Homeless people sleeping all around the hotel. Valet attendants weren’t help during arrival. Check-in took a very long time. They had to “find me a room”. The room I received the microwave didn’t work and the bathroom sink drained slowly. The hotel was clearly sold out so I just dealt with it. Would return if the prices were lower.

Checked in the front desk, the lady did not greet us. While attending us she was busy on FaceTime on her phone while checking us in. Super disappointed that they charged unreasonably. They accused us of tampering with the fire alarm. Charged us 180 PLUS 250. Such a waste of time and energy trying to sort it out. Would not spend my money here for the Super Bowl. I was expecting a better experience since it was a Hilton hotel but I guess not. Such a headache.

The main inside area of the hotel was kept neat and clean. The hallways on the 4th floor (where our room was) were stained, bleached and quite gross. They need to be replaced. The room itself was good. The breakfast and staff were excellent. The outside area of the hotel was not cleaned in a timely manner. Granted there’s a lot of homeless around the area. Though, there was food thrown on the front window and left there for 2 days and was there when we left. Hotel could be 4-5 stars with proper maintenance and cleaning.

This hotel is right at the French Quarter but was still quiet. We used the valet parking which was very convenient. Our room was spacious and super clean. We enjoyed the easy walk to the French quarter. I would definitely stay here again.

Far enough away from Bourbon Street to be quiet but easily walkable. Just something trivial but they need to supply more toilet paper, coffee, tea and sugar.

My reservation was canceled and I had to rebook. My room was not clean, my sheets were filthy. The iron was broken and ruined my husbands shirt. The toilet overflowed and feces come up. The facility had an overwhelming smell of some kind of “cleaning product” but smelled like cologne. The breakfast was not made properly. The sausage was dry the eggs were just wet and no taste. We were harassed by the valet service and they tried to charge us $40 dollars in cash for parking privileges. Hilton needs to launch a full investigation of the parking company and the staff they hire. Rickey was the employee who tried to extort us. I will be forwarding this information to the corporate office of Hilton and the parking company. I want a full refund for the stay. I’ve been a Hilton member for a long time and this is the first horrible experience I’ve ever had.
