The hotel’s location was very convenient, which made getting around easy. The room temperature was warmer than I prefer and could have been more comfortable. The front desk staff provided service that ranged from average to above average. One downside was that housekeeping did not refresh the room the next day, which would have improved the overall stay.

Great location, all major attractions 5-15 minutes walk, many restaurants around, casino close by, safe area. Nice spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable room with walk in shower. Was overall a nice day with a spacious room and spotless when we arrived. Our room was next to a corner of two streets, so it was loud one trying to sleep. Sometimes the staff was courteous and very informative about about parking and where to go within the city.

This is an older three star hotel one block from the French Quarter. It is walking distance to the river or street car. The free breakfast is nice but it closes at nine during the week. The staff is hit or miss. Some were great others were unresponsive. It was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. There is a free drink included with a room, but only one for the room. The bar is open 5 to 11 PM. Parking is adequate and right next-door. For an additional $35-$40.
