Stay was great, no real complaints! Had a decent breakfast, no issues during our stay. Hot tub was warm, hot tub and pool were clean. The only thing that was off was they were doing some renovations to the hotel. Everything was still very clean and well kept since they are doing renovation, all staff was amazing and assisted with anything we needed!

The property is easily accessible, clean, and with good customer service. The price is reasonable. We loved the stay in this hotel. The only recommendations is to keep the carpets in the hall way and the elevator clean in order to maintain the fresh scent outside the rooms.

Lovely hotel with great staff!

The staff was wonderful at the hotel! Our room was clean, the beds were a bit hard but nothing terrible. Our kids loved the pool! Breakfast every morning was fantastic and a great perk! We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area!

Great, safe place to stay for the weekend

This place is great- very safe for women, very safe for families. It's about a 35 minute drive to the French quarter, so beware of that, but honestly the safety of the area alone makes it worth it. The room was spacious and clean, and the property was quiet. Pets are allowed, for a fee. That's not mentioned on this site- so be aware it's $25 and non-refundable. The breakfast is wonderful, the property is safe, clean, and quiet, and I have no complaints. It's a great hotel, and we'll be back again.

Property boasted a hot tub. We called to confirm and were given the hours of operation. We checked in and asked about the hit tub, the greeter even explained towels were available, however neglected to explain the hot tub was out of order... until we went out to it and found it cold. Several other amenities were also out of order, including our toilet which they had us plunge ourselves.

The carpets could use a good deep cleaning , I would recommend wearing shoes around the room and there was gross hand prints on the headboard . but besides that it was a easy check in and staff was really nice. Convenient location.

The hotel wasn’t very clean. The carpet in the hallway as well as in our room had a musty smell. The side door from parking lot was not ever locked at night as I believe the lock was broken. Furniture in room was dirty, chair arm rets were worn and dirty. The staff downstairs was nice, friendly and helpful though.
