The property is nice and clean with a good vib. That said the staff was friendly but not helpful at all. As an example, there are stairs at the main entrance and there was no help with bags and when we left we had to take the luggage cart up to our room, load it, and actually take it ourselves down the side ramps and load it into our Uber (thank you to our fantastic driver for helping us!). Unfortunately we will not be returning due to the nature of the service but is a good property if you don’t need any help with anything g!

The property is very clean and in great condition and staff were pleasant and helpful. However, the rooms are extremely small with minimal drawer space. Our room included a “view” of the river, but it was from waist high windows behind the bed. Bed was very comfortable and the room had a coffe maker and typical amenities. We were on the 7th floor and woke up at 3:00 a.m. due to noise from a party in neighboring room.
