Every staff member that I met, from the manager Corey, to the reception staff, the valets, and the housekeepers were extremely friendly, helpful, and personable. I was given a bigger room which offered an immaculate interior design. The hotel was clean, the neighborhood was safe, and close (whether walking distance or by car) to a lot of restaurants and shops that I had on my agenda.

We planned a family trip for the Christmas holiday. The hotel was located within walking distances of most of the restaurants and activities that we had pre-planned. The room was comfortable, the furnishings were a little worn; however, this did not impact our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The on-site restaurant was good and convenient. We arrived late in the evening about an hour before the restaurant closed; yet, the staff accommodated us without complaint. We would definitely reserve accommodations here again.

All the staff were amazing and very eager to address any issues I had. But the hotel is definitely need a way cosmetic upgrade. The furniture and carpeting in the lobby are really worn and dirty. The rooms are OK, but same issues. I’m sure it’s a popular hotel and gets a lot of usage and just needs to be refreshed! Great location!
