The room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The large screen TV needed tuning — too bright. We liked the roominess of the bathroom and enjoyed the rain-like shower, however we reported a slow-draining sink. We were impressed by a helpful reception staff and a resourceful concierge. All considered, our four day stay was a good value at a peak travel time.

Comfortable and good location.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I didn't find the concierges very helpful, but other than that it was a good stay. We were also able to walk to just about everything we wanted to see as the hotel was in a good central location.

The hotel is showing some age and need of renovation. The lobby is lovely and the amenities are nice. But paint needs repair, there is a bit of mildew here and there. Our toilet leaked and we reported it. (Big puddle around it on the bathroom.) Someone did come up Lew we were gone and made it better, but didn't stop the puddle. I adjusted the float valve and fixed it. Front desk staff was a mix of "just fine" and really great. Restaurant (Tacklebox) wait staff was sub par, but the food was good and hot. Happy hour in the lobby was a nice surprise.

I’ve stayed at this location several times. I love that it’s a walkable distance, not only, to Bourbon Street, but also to SEVERAL restaurants and bars. It’s priced competitively, and positioned perfectly to all of the entertainment. I’d stay here again!

Great staff and awesome customer service!

I had a very nice room. My only complaint was that the wall could use a few touch ups. The staff was phenomenal! Everyone went above and beyond! The shops nearby were good. The only thing was that there were a lot of homeless and drug addicted people in this area.

Upon arrival my room was given away that I paid for in advance. I booked a double bed and was given a king for 4 people, so they brought in 2 rollaways. And I had an handicapped accessible bathroom. Overall room was clean, walking distance to everything.

Restaurant food was good . I didn’t like the tea . The carpet looked super old and worn , the pillow case had marks all over it . The price I was told online to pay when I arrived was much higher. A $700 hold was on my card . I ended up getting $100 back . Curtain was torn up . No one at the door to open it for the price I paid . Window looked like it had green mold on it and I was on 14th floor . TV did have some good channels . Staff was nice . Definitely paying for location and not what I expected for the $600 I was charged. No robe or anything for that high price . I had to call vending company for a refund because machine took my money .

This was a very nicely appointed hotel. Very quiet, has a wonderful restaurant, the Tacklebox right on site. Reasonably priced. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - they are obviously well-trained in customer service. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to New Orleans!
