Rooms were a little small. Beds were not super comfortable. Bathroom is small. Nothing in the lobby is open, the bar and restaurant area is completely shutdown. Parking was convenient. Location is good.

Location was great in the Garden District area. Away from hustle and bustle of French Quarter. Easy walking to restaurants around the area as well as Magazine Street. If you want to explore and view the historic homes in this area this is a great place to stay and see these. Rooms are nicely renovated and comfortable. Will plan to stay here again when I am back in NOLA

I arrived very early and they moved my room assignment around to get me in early. I appreciated that little bit of effort so much. I was exhausted and they made sure I was taken care of. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and respectful. I love that the hotel is right at a stop dor the #12 streetcar line. That made navigating out to either the French Quarter or Carrollton extremely easy.

The hotel is in a great location, it’s an older hotel but it’s very clean, decorated well and the beds were comfortable. Mentioning that is an older hotel, means you can hear any outdoor noise or the rooms next to you, however they have a sound machine that helps with that. The parking is a plus, specially in New Orleans, we were able to come and go, our car stayed safe in the parking garage We truly enjoyed our stay, no issues and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Me and two girlfriends stayed here for one night before our cruise. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were so comfy. The free parking was a wonderful perk. We loved that we could hop on the street car that was right in front of the hotel. We also enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants all around us to grab a bite. There is a coffee shop easy walking distance that we visited the morning before we left to get on the ship. The only complaint would be the construction going on next door woke us up super early. It did not stop me from booking this hotel again for my family cruise in February 2027. I am hoping the construction will be completed by then.

We had a wonderful stay! Hotel is in a desirable location, not far from French quarter, museums and aquarium. It’s nestled in a quiet area, with beautiful historic homes nearby. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff was attentive, helpful and had everything ready- key, parking pass, upon arrival. We will happily book again during our next visit. Highly recommend!

This hotel was perfect. Perfect location, right across from the trolley stop. Just a short ride to all the happening spots in New Orleans. The room was comfortable and cozy and had sweet little nostalgic touches in the room. There was a mini fridge, a room safe, and down the hall was an ice machine, microwave, and water filling station. And they offer on site parking with your stay, I have told everyone I know about this place and when we are back in New Orleans I will definitely stay there again,
