โIt was Krupa who received me at the hotel. Very friendly and I felt she is respectful to the customer, me. My first room was a bit cold but they changed it immediately when I told them.โ
โThe hotel is small-scale but very cosy and well-managed. The staff was so friendly and willing to help that we had such a nice stay. Getting around Boston and the nearby towns is convenient, if you drive or use the subway connections. We could enjoy coffee and cookies they provide in the lobby. โ
"Clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view. I regret that I stayed only one night. I would definitely stay at CitizenM Hotel again in the future!"
