Have paid much more for a much less quality location and room. The rooms are very clean. The bed was very comfortable and clean!! Room was a nice temperature. Very happy with our stay. Hope to stay here again.

Very convenient, very clean, affordable 2 bedroom suite for a family of 4 (or more), and quiet. Lots of nearby restaurants. Great hotel, best in a long time- will be back.

Very limited parking at New Smyrna Beach. Paid parking lots never open up until the sun goes down. Then the beach is closed at sunset. $20 to park from 9am till 5pm.
