Property is nice and in a convenient location. However elevators are an issue. We stayed 6 nights and at least half the time only one elevator was operating and the wait was obscene. Had to take 17 flights of stairs a few times. Also had it down for 2 hours because they had to do an elevator reset. Also still waiting to get in touch with someone regarding a copy of our bill. They said it would be emailed but it never came. Keep trying to call but phones aren't answered, i get transferred but can't leave a message as persons mailbox is full, put on hold. There was also the smell of weed in our room most nights.

As expected the room was small but clean and cozy. The opportunity for adjoining rooms existed. The shower was amazing, pressure and temp were great. Pool hours are limited, not sure why it is not open past 6pm during peak season. Free water in the room was great. It is centrally located to everything you could imagine. The team was curtious helpful with bags. Plenty of channels on the tv when we need to go back to the room for a breather after a busy day.
